Goal: Trainee can prep, freeze, pour, and present a Pill order. Pill vessel handling. Theatrical delivery.

Pre-shift

Bar lead opens the Pill freezer, shows the vessel rack, shows the par stock. Walks the trainee through the prep-to-pour cycle.

Read before shift

During shift

Trainee preps one Pill of each variant under bar lead supervision. Trainee loads the freezer rack with par stock. Trainee runs through one real Pill order from prep to tableside pour (with bar lead playing the table).

If a real Pill is ordered tonight: trainee shadows the senior bartender execution. If approved by MOD, trainee runs a real Pill table service with bar lead at side.

What the bar lead watches for

Prep accuracy (each Pill scaled correctly per program-the-pill)
Freezer protocol (FIFO, par stock maintained)
Vessel handling (no breakage; the vessel is $40 to replace)
Tableside presentation (theatrical pour, individual rocks glasses set up)
Coordination with the Game Czar for queue timing

End of shift

30-minute debrief.

Bar lead sign-off: Trainee preps and serves 1 Pill order to standard. Trainee handles the vessel without breakage.

Tomorrow

Day 17: Batch and draft program.
