Each cocktail has a specific glass. Substitutions degrade the drink.
The collection
- Coupe (5oz) — stirred up cocktails, sours, signature drinks. Default for The Lancey Coho.
- Rocks (10oz) — Old Fashioneds, Negronis, neat pours with ice.
- Collins (12oz) — highballs, gin-and-tonics, the Pineapple/Falernum/Aperol.
- Nick & Nora (4.5oz) — Manhattans, Martinis (smaller, more classical).
- Pilsner (16oz) — draft beer.
- Wine: Burgundy, Bordeaux, white, sparkling — varies by program.
- Crumple Kimura coupe ($60 each) — top shelf signature cocktails only. Limited inventory. See Glassware: Crumple Kimura handling.
- Pill vessel ($80 each) — exclusive to The Pill program. See The Pill freezer protocol.
Daily standards
- Polished, no fingerprints, no water spots.
- Held by stem or base, never by rim.
- Never stored stacked or rim-down on a damp surface.
Breakage
- Crumple Kimura: $60 cost. Log with MOD. No staff cost unless willful.
- Pill vessel: $80 cost. Same.
- Standard glassware: tracked in monthly inventory, no per-incident logging.
