Soigné marks in SevenRooms get color-flagged. Read the mark, not just the color. Common marks: 'industry' (fellow hospitality), 'press' (writer/reviewer), 'investor' (financial stake in the venue), 'first date — make it special,' 'birthday — no candle,' 'allergy — severe.' The first thing you do after seating is alert the server and the MOD with the specific mark. Misreading or missing a mark is worse than not having the system at all.
