When a reservation arrives, tap 'arrived' on the SevenRooms tablet. Check the profile for soigné marks (see role-host-vip-soigne-mark and reservations-vip-handling). Note any specifics in the profile (allergies, occasion, dietary). The check-in must happen BEFORE seating — the kitchen and server get the heads-up via the system.
