When asked, point clearly with an open hand. 'Restrooms are right through there.' Never say 'down the hall and to the left' without pointing. If the guest seems unsure, walk them halfway. Restroom check every 30 min: stocked paper, dry floor, no overflow, soap full, lights on. A clean restroom signals a clean kitchen.
