How it works
- Guest orders from the Pill menu (Martini, Eastside, Painkiller, or rotating special).
- Pre-frozen vessel pulled from the upright freezer.
- Pre-diluted, pre-iced cocktail poured into the vessel at the bar.
- Vessel delivered to the table, frosted, with a small "whoa" moment on uncap.
- Bartender or server pours the first round at the table.
- Garnish vessel arrives separately on crushed ice — "choose your own adventure" (olives, picks, citrus peels, espresso beans).
The math
$150 ticket on first order. Beats four à la carte cocktails on margin (less labor per dollar, faster service, signature differentiation).
