Every comp over $20 needs a log entry beyond the Toast comp code. This protects us in audits and helps us see patterns.

Explanation

[One or two sentences on what happened. Be specific. "Guest received wrong dish, took 12 minutes to fix" — not just "service issue."]

[What we did beyond the comp — apology, send-out, retraining note, etc.]
