EcoLab supplies our sanitation chemicals: dishwasher detergent + rinse aid, glasswasher detergent + rinse aid, sanitizer concentrate for the 3-comp sink and prep buckets, hand soap, degreasers.

Service schedule

EcoLab tech visits weekly on Tuesday morning (between 9am and 11am).

What they check:

All chemical reservoir levels
Sanitizer titration at the 3-comp sink
Dishwasher temperature gauge accuracy
Glasswasher cycle test
Any service issues reported on the log

Reporting issues

If a chemical reservoir runs out before the tech arrives — call EcoLab service: number on the sticker by the dishwasher.

If sanitizer is testing under concentration after the tech leaves — call EcoLab service same day. Do not switch to a different chemical.
