  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Ginger/Honey Syrup

Build

Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) for 10 seconds. Add ice, shake hard for 12 seconds. Fine-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Float Angostura on the foam (3-5 drops).

Story

The Lancey take on the Whiskey Sour. Honey-ginger syrup links it to the Penicillin tradition. Vegan-friendly version uses FiFo foam instead of egg white — same texture.
