  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice (fresh)
  • 0.75 oz Honey-ginger syrup (recipe in batching)
  • 0.25 oz Islay Scotch (Laphroaig), floated
  • Candied ginger garnish

Build

Shake blended Scotch, lemon, and honey-ginger syrup with ice for 12 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Float the Islay Scotch on top by pouring over the back of a barspoon. Garnish with candied ginger on a pick.
