  • 1oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth

Build

Combine in rocks glass over a large cube. Stir 20 seconds in the glass.
Garnish: orange peel, expressed and dropped in.

Story

Florence, 1919. Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender to swap soda for gin in his Americano. Three-part equal-ratio drink that became one of the world's most ordered cocktails.
