Martini

Gin (or vodka). Dry vermouth. Stirred. Up. Olive or twist.

Spec

  • 2.5oz gin (default: Plymouth) or vodka (default: Tito's)
  • 0.5oz Dolin Dry vermouth
  • Optional: 1 dash orange bitters

Build

Combine in mixing glass over ice. Stir 45 seconds (longer than most — martinis need dilution).
Strain into chilled coupe or up glass.
Garnish: olive (3) on a pick, or expressed lemon peel.
