  • Orange slice (half-moon), olive (optional, traditional)

Build

Build in a large wine glass over ice. Add Prosecco first, then Aperol, then top with soda. Stir once gently with a barspoon. Garnish with a half-moon orange and one Castelvetrano olive on a pick (Venetian tradition).

Story

Padua, Italy, post-WWII (Aperol launched 1919). The drink that owns summer. 3-2-1 ratio is the Italian standard.
