Use: The Darkroom

Ingredients:

  • 16 double ristrettos pulled fresh on the La Marzocco

Method:

  1. Pull double ristrettos one after another.
  2. Pour into a labeled container as you go.
  3. COOL COMPLETELY before service — never use hot espresso in a shaken cocktail. Hot espresso melts ice instantly and over-dilutes.
  4. Refrigerate until needed.

Shelf life: 48 hours refrigerated. Discard after that — oils oxidize.

Cost: ~$4 per 480 mL.
