This is the operating cadence for the bar manager role. It is not a job description — it is the recurring work that, done consistently, makes the bar run itself. Everything here is a recurring time block, not a one-time task.
The principle: daily items live inside fixed routines (open, pre-service, close). Weekly and monthly items become named, recurring calendar blocks at the same time every week. Quarterly and annual items live on a 12-month operating calendar, reviewed on the first of each month.
If a task is not on a calendar, it does not exist. Treat this document as the source of truth for what gets scheduled.
