Swizzling is the tiki method of dilution and chill using crushed ice and a swizzle stick (or barspoon). Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add ingredients. Insert the swizzle stick and roll it between palms rapidly until the glass frosts over completely. Top with more crushed ice. Used for the Queen's Park Swizzle, Rum Swizzle, and other Caribbean classics. The technique chills the drink fast and dilutes it as it goes — the guest sips through gradually diluting liquid.
