What we stock and what to recommend.
Back bar selections
- Lunazul Blanco (well, $1.05/oz) — clean, peppery, great in margaritas
- El Tesoro Blanco ($1.85/oz) — single-estate, vegetal, distinctive
- Casamigos Reposado ($2.40/oz) — popular pour, soft, accessible
- Don Julio 1942 ($8.50/oz) — top shelf. Sip only.
- Patron Silver ($1.95/oz) — recognizable. Default for guests who order "Patron."
Recommendations
"Blanco is clean, peppery, lime-friendly. Reposado is softer, slightly sweet from oak. Añejo is sippy — more like bourbon territory. Where are you headed?"
Mezcal vs Tequila
Mezcal is smoky. Tequila isn't. If a guest asks "what's the difference," that's the short answer. We stock both — see Mezcal.
