Guest slips and falls: 1) Don't move them unless they're in immediate danger. 2) Call 911 if any sign of injury, or if the guest requests medical attention. 3) Document the slip: location, time, witnesses, conditions (was the floor wet? was a sign deployed?). 4) Notify MOD immediately. 5) Photograph the scene if possible. 6) Lancey insurance contact in office binder.
