Medical emergency (chest pain, fainting, allergic reaction): call 911 FIRST. Then notify MOD. Don't move the guest unless they're in immediate danger. Clear nearby tables. Designated staff member meets EMS at the door. Allergic reaction with EpiPen: assist the guest in using their own EpiPen; do not administer one. Document everything in incident log.
