Visible fire (not alarm only): 1) Get guests OUT. Calm but firm. Use 'this way, please.' 2) If small and grease: smother (lid, baking soda, extinguisher). Never water on grease. 3) If electrical: kill power if safe, never water. 4) If structural: GET OUT, call 911, don't fight. See role-mod-fire-alarm-response for the alarm-only scenario.
