Ops: 86 list protocol

When something runs out, it goes on the 86 list (whiteboard at the pass, also called out to FOH). Server checks 86 before taking each order. Bartender checks before ringing each drink. 86'd item ordered = stop and inform guest, suggest alternative. Don't ring something that's 86'd 'because we might find more in the back.' That's how we end up disappointing guests.
