Uniform standards

All uniform items must be clean, pressed, and in excellent condition.

  • Black non-slip shoes, polished, free of scuffs
  • Aprons spotless at start of shift; change immediately if stained
  • All black attire underneath the apron unless otherwise specified
  • Pens, wine keys, and tools stored in designated apron pockets — never visible in hands

Why

Uniform is the first detail a guest registers, before they hear a single word. Wrinkled, stained, or improvised uniforms tell guests the room doesn't care about details.

Spare aprons and t-shirts live in the staff changing room downstairs. Use them.
