Shift trades require approval from MOD or GM at least 48 hours in advance. Trade with someone of equivalent rank/training. No double-shifts in 48 hours. Late-notice trades (under 48 hours) only in genuine emergency. Three late-notice trades in a month triggers a coaching conversation.
