MOD: Comp authority check at close

At end of shift, review the comp log:

  1. Pull all comps from the POS.
  2. Match each comp to a staff incident report or guest note.
  3. Verify each comp is within the $50 Empowerment Framework ceiling.
  4. Flag any over $50, any without an incident note, or any with the same staff member exceeding 3 comps in a shift.
  5. Discuss flags with the GM next morning.

Pattern matters more than the individual comp. A bartender comping $40 every shift is a different concern than one $40 comp on a difficult night.
