The coach watches for patterns: rule violations (no phones, no hands in pockets, no leaning), pace issues (slow first beverages), language issues (saying 'I don't know'). The coach corrects in real-time when possible ('hands out of your pockets'), pulls aside for longer conversations off the floor.
