Clean glass. Tilt 45 degrees. Pour down the side until half-full, then straighten and pour into the center for a one-finger head. Never lay the faucet on the glass rim. Foam check: too much, dirty faucet or warm line; too little, low CO2. Wipe the bar mat where drips land. Serve with a coaster (if applicable). Time from order to delivery: under 90 seconds.
