Bartender: Closing the well

Closing happens after last call. Sequence:

  1. Strain remaining ice into the dump well. Drain.
  2. Wipe down every bottle: top, neck, body.
  3. Restock the well from backstock for tomorrow.
  4. Wipe down the bar top, every inch, including under bottles.
  5. Empty and rinse the dump-and-rinse station.
  6. Polish glassware and put away.
  7. Tools to the dish pit.
  8. Final walkthrough with the MOD before you leave.

The venue must be immaculate before anyone leaves. Final walkthrough is mandatory.
