CO2 tanks live in the cellar. When pressure drops below 600 PSI on the regulator, swap. Close the tank valve before disconnecting. Use the wrench (in the cellar tool kit). Hand-tight to start, wrench to finish — don't overtorque. Open the new valve slowly. Check for leaks with soapy water on the joints. Empty tank flagged for pickup.
