Non-Negotiable: No dishonesty

No dishonesty with guests, management, or team members.

This includes:

  • Lying about why you missed a shift
  • Falsifying tip-out, hours, or comp records
  • Lying about what's in a drink (allergens, alcohol content)
  • Covering for a coworker who broke a rule
  • "Forgetting" to ring an item

Consequence

First instance: written warning + GM review. Second instance: termination.

This is one of the eight bright lines in the Corrective Action Framework.
