Non-Negotiable: No-call, no-show

If you cannot make a shift, you call the MOD or GM. Period. Texting is not calling. Telling a coworker is not telling management.

A no-call, no-show is immediate termination.

What counts as advance notice

  • Sick: call as soon as you know, minimum 2 hours before shift
  • Emergency: call as soon as physically able
  • Schedule conflict: caught at posting time, not day-of

Consequence

Immediate termination. Non-negotiable.
