When an investor or owner visits The Lancey:
Recognition
- Investor names are loaded in SevenRooms with a VIP soigné mark.
- Host alerts the GM and assigned section immediately on arrival.
- A complimentary first round is standard — bubbles or their preferred drink.
Service expectations
- The MOD greets the table within 5 minutes of seating.
- No comp without GM approval (investors get comped via house account, not server comp authority).
- Standard service standards apply — no over-attention, no fawning. They're investors, not minor royalty.
Discretion
- Other guests do not need to know.
- Staff does not announce investor identities to other staff loudly.
- Photos are off unless the investor initiates.
After the visit
The MOD logs the visit in the GM's daily log: party size, table, what was ordered, any notes.
