Warmth without TGI Fridays

We greet every guest with warmth. We never greet them like a chain restaurant.

No "Hey, welcome to Lancey! How you doing today?" That voice belongs somewhere else.

What we do instead: a quiet nod. A smile. Eye contact. "Welcome." "Good to see you." Maybe nothing at all if the guest is in motion — just acknowledgment.

The bar should feel like a friend's living room that happens to make a perfect Manhattan. Not a server greeting at a table near the kitchen.
