The room has its own emotional weather. That comes from the Sonos zones, the dimmer settings, the candles, the way the patio glow shifts at 10pm.
It does not come from staff stress.
If staff is frantic, guests feel anxious. If staff is calm under pressure, guests feel taken care of. Same room. Same volume of work. Different felt experience.
Cry in the walk-in if you need to. Then go back out calm.
