CMA undercounter glasswasher at the bar dishpit. Cycle time: 60 seconds. Detergent and rinse-aid auto-dosing — check reservoir levels at pre-shift. Glasses go in clean racks bottoms-up. Never overload — overcrowding leaves residue. Tumble-wash is the standard for cocktail glassware (see glassware-tumble-wash-standard). End of shift: clean filter, wipe interior, leave door cracked open to dry.
