Use: Whiskey Sour, French 75, Bramble, Pisco Sour, anywhere "simple syrup" is called
Ingredients:
- 16 oz white sugar
- 16 oz water
Method:
- Combine in a container. Shake or stir vigorously until sugar dissolves. No heat required for 1:1.
- Bottle, label, date, refrigerate.
- Holds 30 days refrigerated.
Cost: ~$2 per quart. Yields ~64 cocktail uses at 0.5 oz pour.
