Batch: Espresso Martini

Our high-velocity menu Espresso Martini. Batched volume play.

Spec (1L yield, ~20 servings)

  • 400ml vodka
  • 200ml cold brew concentrate
  • 200ml coffee liqueur
  • 100ml Demerara syrup (2:1)
  • 100ml filtered water (dilution)

Build (batch)

Combine all in a 1L speed pourer bottle. Shake once to combine. Refrigerate.

Service (per drink)

  • 3oz batch
  • 1 dash FiFo foamer
Dry shake hard for 10 seconds. Add ice. Wet shake 10 seconds.
    Double-strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish: 3 chocolate-covered espresso beans, floated on the foam cap.

Why batch

Espresso Martini is a 90-second drink. At volume, that's a service-killer. Batched, it's 30 seconds, and the FiFo + dry-shake handles the foam.

Notes

Cold brew concentrate is from our regular coffee supplier. See Suppliers: HPK + Coffee.

If batch runs low mid-shift, the lead bartender preps a new batch in the cocktail prep room downstairs. Never reduce dilution to "save" a batch.
