Use: The Jitters
Ingredients:
- 20 cardamom pods (cracked)
- 100 mL high-proof vodka (Everclear or similar)
Method:
- Crack the 20 cardamom pods to expose seeds.
- Add to 100 mL high-proof vodka in a sealed container.
- Steep at room temperature for 48 hours.
- Strain through fine mesh or coffee filter into a dropper bottle.
- Label, date.
Use: 2 dashes per cocktail.
Note: Tincture is high-ABV. Store away from open flame and out of reach during prep.
