Ingredients:
- Equal parts white sugar + water (by weight or volume)
Method:
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium until sugar dissolves completely (hot process).
- Cool fully before bottling.
- Bottle, label, date.
- Shelf life: 2 weeks refrigerated.
Cost: ~$0.05/oz (from grid assumptions sheet).
Yield in cocktails: ~30 cocktail uses per 750 mL at 0.25 oz pour.
