Notes:

Primary spirit: El Tequileno Reposado. Batch at 2:1 spirit:dilution ratio for draft.
Velvet Falernum is critical — almond/lime/clove body. Do not over-batch; flavor intensifies.
Pineapple Juice: fresh-pressed preferred; carton acceptable for batch.
Lime Juice: fresh, added LAST before kegging.
Water accounts for carbonation absorption in the keg.

Service: Pour ~4.5 oz over pebble ice in Collins or Pilsner. Finish with mint bouquet (slapped) and Peychaud's spritz (5-6 sprays on mint) at the pass.
