Ingredients:

  • 2 parts agave nectar
  • 1 part water

Method:

  1. Combine in a container.
  2. Shake vigorously until fully dissolved. No heat required.
  3. Bottle, label, date.

Cost: ~$0.08/oz (from grid assumptions sheet).

Yield in cocktails: ~32 cocktail uses per 750 mL at 0.75 oz pour.
